Jose managed my short sale for an investment property. Overall this short sale had all the surprises that tested Jose's commitment and dedication to see it through. We had a buyer who dropped out half way through the process, a lender who made the short sale process tough dragging out the process, a change of a lawyer part way through and again another buyer who dropped out.
